Process of returns

Please email Info@winnieandco-nz.com to initiate your return. Include your order number, photos of the item you’re returning, and the reason for the return in your email.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary information and return address to ship the item back.
Once we receive and inspect the return following our policy, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If a return is requested, credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 24-48 hours after processing. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Faulty items
If you receive a faulty item, please reach out to us right away and include photos of any damage. We may ask you to return the product for further inspection. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will either issue a refund or provide a replacement.

Returns Guidelines

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your items. Requests for returns made after this period may be declined. Please email us at info@winnieandco-nz.com to let us know you're returning an item and specify your desired outcome (e.g., the product you'd like to exchange for or your full refund). We kindly ask that you provide the tracking number so we can anticipate your return.

Your item(s) must be returned in its original condition, with tags attached, unused, unwashed, and free from stains. If the item(s) show signs of use, we cannot provide a credit or exchange. If you’ve tried an item on your pet and it’s not the right fit, please make sure to remove all pet hair before returning it. All items must be in resalable condition.

For your protection, please make sure to send all returns using a tracked courier service. This step is crucial, as we cannot issue refunds for items that get lost during the return process.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with both returns and exchanges for different sizes or products.
