ORDERS

Where is my order?
​Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin appearing.
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at

Can I change the address for my order?
​Please ensure that all postal information is accurate and up to date, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect details or for sending your item to the wrong address.
If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible before your order is shipped and provide the correct information.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing more we can do once your item is shipped. We recommend contacting New Zealand Post to request a change of address for the parcel.

Can I edit or cancel my order?​
If you need to make changes to your order once it is placed, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to adjust your order before it is dispatched. You can reach us at info@winnieandco-nz.com

Sizing

How do I know what size to order?
​There is information on the sizing of each product on our size guide page and in the description of each product on our shop page. However, if you are still unsure please contact us, we are here to help.

Returns

When will my return be processed?
​​All returns are processed within 2-4 business days.

What is your return window?
​We offer a 30-day return window, just send us an email. Please note all items must be in original packaging, with tags attached in brand new unused condition.
